Here is link to the "offset" casting reel seats and grips,
they are a complete assembly and attach by gluing the blank into the end of the handle assembly.

They are new old stock.

To fit a blank the blank butt must be exactly .5?

Any size 20 Butt cap will fit from any brand?

You build up the end of the blank if it's smaller than 1/2 inch, if the depth of your 20 mm butt cap is short for the provided tenon on the back of the grip, you just shorten the tenon a bit, so yes, any 20 mm butt cap will fit. Myself I prefer blank through construction, but to each your ow, I can see a way to extending a rod's length a bit with this system.

Do you mean there's a way to attach that to a blank all the way through from front to back?
