Dear RodBuilders,
About two years ago, we launched an 'opt-in' rodbuilder directory - all that is required is for a custom rod builder to send an email to rodmap@northforkcomposites.com and we can add you to the directory. [northforkcomposites.com] A useful feature is that a customer can search by zip code, and within a range of miles (lets say they want to find someone that is within 100 miles of their address) I have gone through the Directory that is linked above, and a lot of the contact information is no longer relevant. I would like to start a discussion on replacing the Directory link above, with a link to the NFC directory (It does not matter if a rod builder is an NFC customer to be on the directory) Over the next few months, we will start to advertise the forum on Google/Social Media as a resource for rodbuilders and consumers looking to have a custom rod made - the map would be valuable for builders as it would essentially be free source of advertising for those that are interested. Best Regards, Aleks Re: Rodbuilder Database

Alex, the directory linked above was never part of this site. It was a sponsor at the time and replaced the older directory that was part of the site. I linked it only to have something available. It isn't a problem to unlink it - it's on it's own server elsewhere with it's own URL. It's privately owned.

The one linked now must not be maintained as I’ve submitted a couple of times with no response. All for a “new” one. Re: Rodbuilder Database

I am on the NFC site. Do I need to re-enter my information? Re: Rodbuilder Database

The above link goes to the North Fork directory. If you were on it previously you would still be on it. No need to do anything.
