Cane Rodmaking Lessons

Looking for an Oregon connection to teach cane rod making, preferrably in or near the Willamette valley (Salem, Eugene). Any suggestions of folks you know currently ofering classes?

You need to contact Ron Barch at the Planing Form. I know he teaches classes but not in your area. Still, he may know someone who does. The bamboo hobby is a close knit group and there is bound to be someone in your area. I would think Russ at Golden Witch might also be able to help. He has a link here on this page.

There are quite a few rodmakers in Oregon. Surely you can find someone to at least assist you, anyway. Try this link. I believe the site's owner is from either Oregon or Washington. Either way he could help you out. Just register to post there, post, and you're done.
