You need to contact Ron Barch at the Planing Form. I know he teaches classes but not in your area. Still, he may know someone who does. The bamboo hobby is a close knit group and there is bound to be someone in your area. I would think Russ at Golden Witch might also be able to help. He has a link here on this page. There are quite a few rodmakers in Oregon. Surely you can find someone to at least assist you, anyway. Try this link. I believe the site's owner is from either Oregon or Washington. Either way he could help you out. Just register to post there, post, and you're done.
