Need some help finding a Kigan hook keeper like they use on the St Croix rods. I didn't see it on the Hydra website?

That is a nice looking hook keeper indeed. If you can't find one, make your own “Norman Miller Hook Keeper”. They are quick and easy to make out of SS or Ti wire, are very attractive as well, are the most functional HK I have seen or used and obviously custom made. They are the only HK I will use anymore.

I'm not sure why so many seem to think this design is a great keeper. It takes two wraps to secure it and it doesn't function as a drop shot keeper. Open keepers like Normans are much superior Even a single foot wire fly guide makes more sense as a keeper. IMHO.

I don't think this is a great hook keeper but it is what my customer ordered. I only had one and I need two. The other thing is this is on a heavy power Frog Rod, it has big hooks and using this style the frog stays in place unlike the drop shot style if the line gets loose. If he were throwing a plastic bait that the hook was in the rubber the drop shot style lets you secure the bait without taking the hook out of it and thus weakening the bait. I have made Norms DS for years but in this case it is not the right keeper.

An old rod builder I knew used a fly snake guide, works well straight pull removal also.

p.s.
In order to help with line storage as well as minimizing flapping during high speed boating runs try the following.
Run your hook down to the line keeper and attach it to the line keeper.

Then, grab the middle of the line running from the tip top down to the hook keeper and wrap the line around the rod two or three times, leaving it hooked on the center guide. Easy and quick, but it minimizes line and lure flapping when transporting rods either in a vehicle or in the boat - whether it is on the deck, vertical or in a rod locker. Also, when a lot of rods are close together, it minimizes inter rod line tangling and thus makes for quicker rod and reel removal on the new fishing location, or when emptying the boat or vehicle of gear.

If everyone would look at the pic the OP posted you would see that it has 2 wrap points( one on each end) The Kigan in the picture only has 1 wrap point and is a slide in style keeper
