Does anyone know where I can find a bright yellow rod blank (other than a Rod Geeks). Seems like everyone in the country is sold out.

Try Lamiglass

Try Mudhole.....I believe they have CRB Blanks in bright yellow and they MHX S-Glass Crankbait blanks in yellow

Unless things have dramatically changed, Lamiglas will paint a blank if you order 25, or more, they had a board you could look at with all their standard colors and there were a large variety of colors on display. Used to be someone out east having his blanks painted a bright red in batches of 25, or more, a reel stunning color when setting all together in the blank racks waiting to ship.
The MHX S-glass blanks are more of an orange I think, but didn't they have a yellow CRB blank?

I would pick the blank of your choice, and then have Don Shafar ar Backbone Custom Rods paint it to the exact color you desire. If purchased from Mudhole or American Tackle, he even picks up from them to do the process

If you have written off RodGeeks, then go with Backbone. I've used him several times and have nothing but great things to say.

Mudhole does have in stock a yellow CRB IS761 7'6" Yellow rod you could cut down.

Another vote for Don at Backbone!
