Have any of you folks tried Sniper Skin on your builds? If so, I would appreciate some feedback, Thanks in advance

I have used snake skin on some builds. Is Sniper Skin similar?

Do an internet search for Sniper Skin. It's a product for grips.

I have not heard of them before, I'm intrigued as well.

I thought someone has used Sniper Skin and can give me some insight on the product I guess not. Do a search on the internet under Sniper Skin you will come up with few videos. I find the product very interesting and
a very colorful option to the shrink wrap that is on market now.

Interesting. I wonder if you can use a heat gun to install them rather than boiling water. They look grippy. The longest is 16 inches which is not long enough for any of the surf rods I do, which doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

Available from Canada at too much cost. My only experience with Sniper Skin was about a year ago with a rod that came in for repair. It was a ABU Mike Iccanelly Signature Series rod that had the grips covered with that stuff. Whoever did it, did nice work, the fit was perfect and clean. Ike's rods have that color changing blank finish and the color of the Sniper Skin was rainbow, a really nice match. I was impressed to the point of checking into buying some but not at their price. Not sold by the foot. There is a web page for them to investigate if your intrigued.

No need to get smart about it, I think I had already figured that out long before your comment. It was simply an observation. Not quite sure why you had to say anything.

Printed Heat Shrink tubing that stays tacky. I guess don't drop it in the sand.

Does anyone know where I can find a bright yellow rod blank (other than Rod Geeks). Seems that everyone who usually carries them is sold out.
