Has anyone been having photos show up after you have uploaded them? I get the message about the upload being successful, but the photos aren't showing up under the my photos tab.

I had been having that problem for some time, but the other day I was able to up load a photo and it showed up immediately after getting the successful up load message. I just got done building and turning my first cork grip, and I wanted to post a photo of it and another photo of one I am in the process of building. They aren't showing up.

So it's back to being the way it was before I was able to up load that one single photo.

Any thoughts on what is up, or what I may be doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If your photo is too large the software can't render it for viewing. The internet is a low resolution medium and you don't need large image files for good viewing. I suspect if you reduce your image file size (quality) it'll go up quickly and show perfectly.

David,

I have noticed an issue sometimes on mobile and desktop versions where the very bottom "upload" button does not seem to upload the photo.

In this image I have given an example from desktop. Use the first "upload" button and see if it posts. Make sure all necessary fields are populated and a category has been chosen.

Tom, thank you for the response, much appreciated. I will try resizing them.

Aaron thank you as well for the response. The button you have the arrow pointing to, is the button I have been using.

I suspect it is as Tom mentioned. I posted that picture of the Speed Master reel seat in another thread and it popped right up, but I resized it. Gonna give it a shot.

Thanks again guys ...... very much appreciated !!!

For many years, I have always edited my photos to be sized for e-mail. This process reduces the size of the data required for the picture from one or more Meg, down to 50K or so, and by making this reduction, no issues.

Take care

Question? Does anyone know how to delete photos from the photo section?

I set the aspect ratio on my phone's camera so the file size would be smaller, and the picture looks fine on my phone and in my Windows 10 photo program, but when I uploaded it to the photo page it's all compressed. I'd like to delete it.

I looked at the page closely and couldn't find a delete option. Of course it is probably staring me right in the face, but I can't see it. lol
