Very productive way to fish in certain cases. Nice to see somebody come up with purpose built kite fishing blanks. Couple these with the RM article on building kite rods and you have a winning combination.

Got it in hand as I type, Billy's Sparkler is on page 18, yours starts on page 14 and goes to page 17.

It's a good article and I like the "For Your Customer..." section.
