Got it, see it now. Show me a claim of anyone who says that the rod pushes sinkers, lures, and flies. etc.

A person who accepts an advertisement which says or implies any rod is accurate or casts a long way - this person has been hoodwinked, but of course doesn't know it! Such ads are commonplace.

Show me an ad that says or implies accuracy.

Yup, it certainly does. Nice catch. I recently saw a video of one of the most respected rod designers claiming a similar characteristic relative to the spine of a rod blank.
