Thank you!

Samuli, Most times your blank supplier can also supply the tip top, from other Sages I have built, I bet the butt is .4 inches within a 100th or two. Many Sage 9' 6" blanks in the 5, 6, 7 weight class have a 4 tip, I bet this one does too. I have guide spacing for similar actioned Sage rods, but not this one. If you want it let me know, also metric, or inches.

Samuli -

LastI was looking for the guide sizing and spacing info for a Sage 590-4 X. Couldn't find it either on th website. So, I went to the link at the bottom of the page on their website to contact them and asked where to find the info on the website. The next day Will Jaques of Far Bank replied and said their website was in transition and info would be added in the next few weeks. In the meantime, he sent me the info I needed. So just contact Sage and they will respond quickly with the info you are looking for. Over the years I have found the Sage service to be always excellent.

I believe Far Bank owns Sage along with Redington, Rio and Fly Water Travel and has consolidated them into one website so you can go a single place for info on each.

Phil
