I have about decided to go with the MW50 guide set. I like simple and this is simple. The KW guides are still confusing. If I go to a supplier and choose the KW’s in the color and or finish I prefer, they are either cost prohibitive ($60-$70 for one guide) or they do not carry all the sizes you guys have recommended in a color or finish I like. Then trying to find a matching tip top with a 12mm ring and a 6mm tube in the same finish, color and make is another ordeal. It is probably me, user error, and I will admit I do not purchase these products regularly as some do. But my goodness what a headache trying to find all the parts in the same make and finish from different suppliers. Furthermore; I do not need to cast this future rig 100 yards. Where I fish, one only needs to wade out waist or chest deep, “summertime,” chunk the bait as far as you can, walk it back and into the rod holder. Again, simple.
