Clear finish blank

Been looking for a 6'6" medium/fast tip blank. Problem is that my build is for $150 or less. I can do it with a blank around $75 or so. Any ideas?

You might try Rodgeeks.
They have a 6'6" medium light fast action.
I think it is $49

[mudhole.com]

MB782 is a nice option in budget. (freshwater spin or cast)

The group can likely make better recommendations if we have more details about the purpose of the build.

REVS68M-SB Revelation RX7 Batson Revelation is a potential choice as well.

Thanks guys! Schneidersrods didn't have the blank I need but I did bookmark the site. I ordered 2ea 6'6" and 2ea 7' from Geeks. I need some components to complete the build so I will order a few of the MB782 blanks to make freight.

Remember, when you're scrounging around for good cheap blanks (as I so often do, being cheap myself!) You can always strip paint with excellent results. PIA, but can be done.

Are there any types of rod finish removers that will attack the epoxy the rod makers use to bond together the glass or carbon fibers which make a blank?

I'm not aware of any "rod finish removers", but the answer is yes, as various paint removers may be used.

Blanks are made with a resin that is impervious to all paint/finish removers.

Thanks, Mark:

That's good news if you wish to replace a guide or remove several layers of paint applied to a blank by a beginner rod builder.

Mark, that is indeed good to know.
