Help Locating Guide Type

Working on a repair and having a hard time finding a matching guide. It is a reversed double foot guide, but with an angle like a Fuji KW. Ring is pressed in from the bottom, not top. All-in-all looks like a KW, but flipped and bent. On a Lamiglas Carbon Surf. Limited research available, but looking like Lamiglas is using a generic brand that I don't have access to. Any help would be ideal.

Hi Dan,

I think this is what you are looking for [rodbuilderswarehouse.com]

You will find that this past year St. Croix, G. Loomis, Lamiglas, Edge, Daiwa, Shimano, and several others OEM manufacturers moved to this tangle-free series of SeaGuide brand guides. It should have an S stamped on the frame of the guide.

If you have any other questions please let me know.

Thanks Rick, I’m familiar with and quite a big fan of your guides. These are exactly like those, if the guide was flipped so double foot was towards butt, but angle was still towards tip. Very odd.

Dan,
I am confused. The HQHG that Rick linked in his reply has the two legs “...was flipped so double foot was towards butt… “ as you requested. Same with the double-foot Fuji KWs = double leg toward the butt. Did you mean a single leg toward the butt, similar to a Fuji RV, but with the ring sloped toward the tip?

I've looked at a few pictures and videos where they show the factory guides, the layout is exactly as you'd evpect with any singlefoot, or double foot guide setup, nothing is reversed in any way. The double leg side is facing toward the butt.

yes apologize, double foot towards butt as is tradition, ring sloped towards tip like KW and HQHG, but insert looks pressed in opposite from those guides. Also sits higher than either of those. It's a #10, but KW 10 is 3mm lower. Not sure how to link pics I have, my login doesn't work on the gallery. One forum said they are C2 guides which are an overseas knock off? Never heard of them. No stamping anywhere on guide. Not the end of the world, putting something different on there, just curious more than anything. Thanks for the help.
