Rainshadow specs

Does anyone know if Batson publishes the blank diameter specs for reel seat placement and winding checks for the Immortal rod series. I have looked but haven't come up with them. Any help is appreciated.

I carry supplies, but in my early years I just ordered my components from the same place as the blank, I got the right reel seat, tip top and other components in the same tube as the blank on the same nickel. All I had to give them was my grip length.

Do an approximation based on a normal taper off the butt diameter. You won't be far off. Or maybe your blank source can help. Have you asked them?

All specs are listed on the Batson webpage. Click on the series of rod blank you wish to use: "Casting/Spiinning" or "Fly Fishing." Then click on "Browse Models." Then click on 'Blueprints" and detailed specs of the rods are listed. Which Imortal blank are you looking at.

Sometimes their website lists things differently than above (not sure why), but follow a similar path and you will get there?

Thanks David. I could of asked Carol at Utmost Ent. to measure it and send a seat but I have several here and didn't want to duplicate what I carry in stock. Thanks all for your replies

Tom, if you're talking about MHX type spec listings, I don't think so. I hope someone can prove me wrong on this.

I’ve not seen them published though if you call them direct I bet you’d get the specific info needed

Also, they have build sheets for all their blanks which mat be helpful if the real seat or trim
Ring or such falls close enough to what you need…
