My last three orders shipped within two weeks. One was during the loyalty sale. I bought five blanks and three sets of grips. The only time I experienced longer than that was due to a grip backorder. That time I had to wait three weeks. At this point I have made several orders spanning back to 2019. No real issues yet.

Hi Aleks I had 1 SUR1167 IM in my cart along with some inshore and freshwater blanks and the 75% off was working fine but now it isn’t. I was contemplating on adding an Iconoglass fly blank to my order.

Does this apply to the silverback line as well? Didn’t get any discounts when adding to the cart.

David ,I had the same problem on my order during the last 75 percent sale. When I questioned it he got nasty with me and cancelled the order.

Some blanks (Surf, X-ray, Silverback,) are already discounted to the max. They count towards the count of the blanks to further discount others, but not themselves. Happy to help if you send an email to info@northforkcomposites.com or alex@northforkcomposites.com

This sale is way too complicated. The email said all IM blanks and the Surf line is IM.

Aleks, how do I determine CCS numbers from your deflection curves/data?

Decided to place an order for a couple blanks. Even though they get terrible press online, let’s see how it plays out. Ordered a silverback 765 for an all purpose spinning rod around south Florida, and a sw765 for yellowtail snapper fishing. Hoping for the best, don’t let me down NFC lol

Chris, no experience with the silverback series. I have the sw708-2 it is more like a cobia blank and the sw765 looks close in power. The pelegiac 705/704 are nice trolling/live bait dolphin/sailfish/kingfish rods.. The Xray 736 is a nice all around 8-17# spin/jig type for yellowtail/trigger fish/Bonita/kingfish. The Xray 703 is a sweet little ML power blank for trout/redfish/yellowtail/smaller snook.

Order enough to get the free shipping is my advice. IMHO their "bad press" is no longer a concern.

FWIW the BB806-2, HS885-2, and P704-1 look like they will all be nice additions to my arsenal.
