I am going to build united Composites Raptor (50 -80lb) for 60lb saltwater spinning rod.
Any suggestions for guide size, space and any good brand?
Alps XBXNLG 40, 25, 16, 12, four 10s is good enough?

The size and style of the guides is dependent on the size of the reel, most importantly the diameter of the spool, the height of the spool shaft off the blank and the up-sweep angle. Assuming you will be using a 4000-6000 size reel with braid, your choice of Alps XNs will probably get the job done. However, I do not think you need so many different sizes = 3 progressively smaller reduction guides and then runners out to the top; even 40, 20, 10. Personally, I would use size 8 runners.
Consider using Fuji KWs. The KW-40 is 13mm higher than the Alps XN-40 which may help the position of the stripper and reduction guides. If the extra height is not required, a KW-30 is only 3mm shorter than the XN-40 if such a large ring size is not required.
Just my rookie observations; hopefully Norman Miller and others will respond from whom both of us can learn.

Fuji kw guide is good enough for 60lb braid line?

Sounds weird and looks funny but if you mount that 40 backwards it will make it easier to pass line.

Most people underestimate a guide’s ultimate strength, and the thread wrap holding it in place as well. While you may be building a heavy 80lb rod, it will not be like 80lb of force trying to rip a single guide from its perch. Realistically, even with a massive 30lb of drag at the reel, spread over 4-6 guides, each guide will only experience ~ 5lb of force! Your XNs or KWs will certainly handle it!!!

Why it is wired and funny?

Your XN is a big double foot guide. Mounted backwards (single foot to to the reel) allows the line a free pass through the ring. With a spinner, you have a large loop in the line to reduce quickly. Mounted conventionally, the line will react with the frame of the guide before it hits the ring. The guide looks different, some call it weird or funny looking. It works.

TiForged Double foot guides or MW50s with the 12 running guides also handle 60lb braid. Find them on the American Tackle Company site.
For sizing, you need to know a few more things. Length is your blank, Spool diameter, Reel stem angle and so on. Ther is some good videos on Youtube Lou Caruso. One of the best. Ive modified his technique a bit and come up with my own that works really well.

I agree with Bucky, the TiForged and MW guides from American Tackle are great gudes and would work very well for your application. You may also want to consider the American Tackle Virtus series that comes in three different variants for different weight ranges.
