Rattle Can 2-Part Catalized Spray Paint

A number of you have offered high praise of a 2-part (urethane?) spray paint in a rattle can. If I remember correctly, the name is Spray Max 2K. Apparently, it can be color-matched to a specific color / formula which is important. The color needed is solid, not metallic and I am hoping it is available as a single-stage paint rather than 2-stage requiring a top coat of clear.
Any additional information will be graciously received. Also, a vendor where you purchase it would be appreciated as well.

A full review and "how to" was in a past issue of RodMaker. It is a 2-part finish and does not require any additional topcoat.

Thank you for the reply. With all due respect, that issue was almost 10 years ago, before I became afflicted with the rod building disease. At the risk of seeming unappreciative, I am more than capable of the prep and application process; I am seeking verification of the product name and a preferred, present vendor.

That was in the article as well, but not the one Robert listed. Mike Ballard penned the article and his full test and review remains in print from about 4 years ago.

My bad it was listed under painting and not under urethane.

Mark if you are interested you can buy a CD with most of the first one Vol 2 thru 9 and another CD with 10-12, it's a little pricy but it is like buying 66 magazines.
