I have a customer that has the butt section of a 2 piece Al Ellis Rod. This is some of the writing on the blank. Any chance I could find the tip section?

You probably have a better chance of drowning in tapioca. Without something more, many of the blanks back than from established companies no longer sell blanks, and certainly not that model. You don't even have a color, line wt. etc. Even if you found another rod the top's ferrule probably wouldn't match your bottom.

Thanks for the input. I figured it was a bad idea. Had to try by tapping the brain trust.
