Hidden threads on Fuji ECSM?

Is there a way to have hidden reel seat threads on the Fuji ECSM reel seat? If not, what is the closest reel seat to it that has hidden threads? Thanks. The Fuji gets rated so well by a lot of people, but I hate reel threads.

While I have not built with an ECSM seat, I see no problem ”converting” it to hidden threads. Purchase either a KDPS(16 or 17)BC/ASH if you want the metal hoods or a KSKSS(16 OR 17)ASH for the SK2 seats with a contoured nylon hood.

All the 16, or 17 mm Fuji threads are the same. Surprisingly I have also used Pac Bay and other nuts interchangably.

If you look at Kistler rods website, you can see how they do it. I do something very similar with eva foam that makes palming a bait caster much more comfortable while hiding the threads. If I figure out how to upload pictures I'll share with you.
