I am learning that. Got it down fairly well. Just about to the point that I can get acceptable results first try. Little more practice to get a steadier hand and I should have it mastered Re: Gen 4 Second Coat ?

The Generation IV finish has a much longer working time than regular Threadmaster and it's drying time is considerably longer as well which is not surprising . That's my only beef with it , it's longer working time is great for people who aren't really quick with their finishing techniques but that extended working time is something that I find annoying and builders on a tight schedule will most likely prefer a finish that sets up a little faster and dries faster .
I would expect the Generation IV lite to even be longer as I have only used the regular . I find the end product to be along the lines of other top quality finishes and I also used two coats of Flex Coat on the wraps on one build but switched to Chromaseal color preserver on the latest build based on some recommendations on this forum and that one really sparkles although I can't figure out why since both CP's are supposedly essentially the same .
