i just get my 4 parts MHX blank and
How do i find the spine on these blank

Marc, do you feel that you received your answer? If I were just learning to build now, I's be very confused on the issue but also feel as long as I either built on the spine or on the straightest axis of the blank...I'd be ok. Personally, I build on the spine. I was taught that way years ago. I contacted Sage, Winston, Scott, CTS, St.Croix and Gloomis to see how they built their rods. Sage adamantly builds on the straightest axis. Winston, Scott, CTS and Loomis build on the spine. St. Croix never got back to me but I was told they build on the straightest axis. I have a couple St. Croix rods that are 15+ years old and they are spined. I have one Newer St. Croix and it is also spined but is made in Mexico....don't know if that matters. When I do a four piece rod, I have found it is tough to find the spine on the butt section. I do my best. The other sections are usually easy to find.

Marc - Spine each section individually. Then line up the sections, dont worry about the but, it will have virtually no flex and won't effect anything.

Tanks for your comments i did few Sage blanks in the past and finding the spine was pretty easy and i put it on the top the the snake under.
But for that MHX 4 sections what i found looking inside the section we see a kind of overlap that i thinking is the spine side

am i ok

The spine is not a physical thing. It's an effect caused by various manufacturing anomalies. Regardless, you'll be okay because it doesn't matter.
