Hello everyone.
Can you point me to a "checklist" to help someone decide what type of rod they are after?
A "customer checklist" of sorts although this would not be for a "customer" per se.
Many thanks.

Just ask what type of fish they are after, their preferred method of fishing and where they are fishing (Lake, Ocean, Bay, River).

I would suggest that you have them bring in their favorite rod which they currently use for the type fishing they are wanting the new rod for. Then ask them what they like and don't like, about their present rod. You can adjust and improve from there.

On the Mudhole website they have a section called Application Ideas. It suggests rod blanks by application which you may find helpful.
