With dimensions like that, I'd have to wonder if the Hitena is actually braided line, or just one single strand. I mean .001" is crazy small. lol

Hi David..yes, that,s what i at first thought also but in the product description it read 16 strands for 14 pound line so that,s about one strand per pound or 5 strands for the four pound line, still amazing..

I figure if that's not far enough, get somebody else to build it. I'm not heaving these casts like my life depends on it, just briskly cast. Also, as Norm said don't sell the 16 train short, I find it does pretty good when test casting with 8lb. mono. I know its a braid setup.
