Vintage-style aluminum trigger reel seat

I have been looking for old strap trigger reel seats in chrome/silver/aluminum. In fact, I'm not finding any chrome aluminum spinning seats either. And ideas?

How about adapting a chrome finish aluminum fly reel seat (up locking) for a spinning reel?

Donald, that's what I've been left with it seems. Not ideal. I'm looking at skeletal seats too.

Dennis, I need 2.

Paul, I have Allan seats N.O.S. in the package trigger and spinning. Your choice of sizes are 7/8" or 13/16". Chrome.
The 13/16 looks more like a 5/8" I. D. Much smaller than the 7/8" but that's how their marked on the package.

Hi, Dennis.
I'm not sure what an Allan seat looks like. When I Google it, I get new ALPS seats. I'm looking for a vintage look, VARMAC seems to be closest. Simple stamped aluminum would work, but they seem to have disappeared, except in black and I'm looking for silver or chrome.

Thanks so much,

Paul

EDIT: Ok, I found some photos of vintage Allan fly rod sliding ring seats. So Allan's are "vintage". That's great. Photos would be a big help. Thanks!!

Do they have to be aluminum, I think these are chrome plated brass. Not real heavy like a Varmac.
