It’s been over six weeks since I’ve received my shipping notification from AW. UPS tracking says that “package info received “ but has not updated any further since October 28th. When I inquired AW just sent me the tracking info again with nothing else. Anyone else have shipping issues with AW lately?

I think UPS has received the info regarding the package, not the actual package itself. Call AW.

Lynn, yes that’s what I believe too. But they have not answered my from 9 days ago and not yet from yesterday. I wasn’t sure if it was a sign of the times or they dropped the ball on this one. I’ll give them a call. It’s just such a pain as I could have saved a bunch of money and ordered from the Black Friday sale but I wanted sooner. Hopefully I’ll get something better than their non answer from their last email.

With covid, This has been the Biggest year to Date for Shippers. No one is shopping at Local Brick and Mortar Stores. Also if you watch the news? Springfield, IL has been hit hard with covid, They very well could be operating with a limited staff? This year has been a test in patience for sure, Lots of these orders start out UPS and then get handed off to the USPS for delivery. Our local USPS sorting and Post office is totally 100% Backlogged and very very shorthanded Here in mich. Infact we are only getting are mail once our twice a week if your lucky. Crazy but I just received my water bill for November on Sunday. Be patient. And stay Safe.
