I have built using Fuji ECS, have not done a custom build using the Fuji ACS...anyone have any comments?? Are there any differences good or bad? Thank you in advance.

Both are excellent exposed blank reel seats. The ACS has an extra finger groove and is really good for people who like to palm their reel, i.e., three or four fingers in front of the trigger. For both, the ID are sized to fit the blank. For the ACS this sizing is throughout the length of the seat, and for the ECSM it is sized only in the rear half, I usually arbor the front half before installing. Just a matter of preference.

Boy, I'm glad I read this , I thought both were cored the same way. I only used the ACS in the past. was just about to order an ECS, but without any of the necessary arbor material. Thanks again Norm!
