A few questions.
1) I am asking for opinions or experience with the CRB SSR spinning guides I am told they are similar to the Pac Bay MINIMA guides, but when I compare them, the Pac Bay rings look better assembled than the CRB. 2) Does any one have any experience with the CRB LZR spinning guides I am tempted to try them but I would like some feed back 3) I would like to go back to ceramic style guides and with all the new and different types out there I am asking suggestions for a light weight spinning guide Thanks Re: Guides

John,
You will find vast opinions based on fact, brand loyalty and everything else in between concerning which guides are the best. In my opinion, anyone would be very hard pressed to find anything better than Fuji products as they have the vast resources and commitment to develop new products and even entire working concepts against which other manufactures measure themselves. Fuji’s KR Concept for spinning rods is a real game-changer when utilizing the KL-H reduction guides followed by KB and KT runners with a LG tip top. When weight is paramount over durability, PacBay’s M guides can be substituted for the KL-H reduction train but I will still use at least a Fuji LG tip top if not the other runners as well where their small size has minimal effect on overall weight. While guides from all the mainstream manufactures are presently superior to what was available 10-20 years ago, I rely on Fuji 95% of the time and have never had a failure. Pac Bay makes a ceramic ring titanium guide on the same frames as the Minimal guides. Re: Guides

Seaguide, an alternate light ceramic Titanium framed guide that cost less than the comparative Fuji guides. The weight of these guides as well as Fuji are just as light or lighter than the Minimas. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
