Turning cork for concentric/ tool height

When turning the grip to get concentric should the tool edge be at centerline or just below it ( Height wise ) . Thanks Re: Turning cork for concentric/ tool height

Depends on the tool being used. With a round nose scraper, which works fine for this, anything nearly centerline or just a smidge below is fine.
