Anglers Workshop has an oversized 1.35" I believe 12 inch long rear cork grip the butt cap that goes with it is 1 1/2 to 2 inches deep. Been a long time since I used one so it's all mind's eye info.

You could use a reverse pilot bit to enlarge the ID of a grip, and then ream with a large diameter reamer to get the final fit.

The grip comes with a larger than normal hole, was designed for larger OD blanks and larger reel seats.

I have some 1.25" x 6" straight cork you can glue 2 together to get a 12" or longer handle.
