About a month or so ago I purchased a Rainshadow blank from a online retailer. Wrong blank arrived in correct packaging. Bit of runaround getting it exchanged. Took a couple weeks but finally got the correct blank. Unfortunately the blank was not aware that it was supposed to be straight. I reached out to batson as the retailer did not have a a bank in stock. No problem they will take care of me.
About a week later a very long tube shows up. What the....??? Well I was an idiot and forgot the -2 in the model number indicating two piece blank. So I got a one piece 7 foot plus blank delivered. I emailed explaining the screwup and owning it and told them I wanted to be charged for shipping. Three days later the correct blank arrives. Now all of this was done on their dime. Not only did they send the first blank out they sent a shipping label to return the crooked one. I emailed them told I had a crooked blank provided no proof. No questions asked they sent a new one no charge. Covered return shipping paid for my screwup. I have nearly 150 bucks worth of their merchandise which they trust me to send back after they sent me even more merchandise. Then we have another blank manufacturer that I cannot get to answer a email after two weeks. So a huge thanks to Shawn at Batson. I can guarantee they are my first choice for a blank from here on out. Re: Big Thanks to Batson Real Customer Service
