I was informed by Get Bit Outdoors that this is no longer being sold, has anyone else received any word on this, I tried to order one this week, it is still showing up on Alps website.

That's very strange that someone from Get Bit would say that as it's one of the most popular and finest graphite reel seats on the market. We are currently stocked with ALP's MVT seat and it is not scheduled to be discontinued anytime in the near future.

So just to confirm, the ALPS reel seat is in stock at the Batson warehouse and is not discontinued.

Hi Keith, sounds like there is a misunderstanding... not sure who would have said that but it is not the case. Get Bit has MVT seats in stock and there is no schedule for them to be ended any time soon as James mentioned.

Please feel free to call us with any questions. 407-542-7840

Here is the link to them on our site. [getbitoutdoors.com]

Thank you, maybe I misunderstood what the lady was telling me. Hopefully I will receive mine soon as it is on backorder.

Keith
You scared me pretty bad with that post yesterday

The MVT seat is easily the best seat I have ever used!!!
Was going to call Bill yesterday to ask him why, but got tied up with some other stuff and never got around to it

Steve Gardner, Yeah I would not have posted it but on my account with GBO it stated backordered, which is okay, but then it stated item was not available for reorder due to no longer for sale. So I called and that's when she told me they were discontinued.
