Hey Fellas,
I'm just wondering if any of you ever worked with the Pac Bay line of Ti frame guides. I know they are fitted with Zirconia rings which I'm sure is very good material. Looking forward to your input. Re: Pac Bay Ti frame Guides - anybbody here ever tried them?

Yes.
The work fine and wear well. Re: Pac Bay Ti frame Guides - anybbody here ever tried them?

I have used a few for stripping guides on a fly rod. Switch to the Pac Bay minima guides with Ti frame more recently. One less thing to fail (ring) and for my application they work great. In both cases they are well made and priced better than some other brands. Re: Pac Bay Ti frame Guides - anybbody here ever tried them?

I have used the titanium minima guides and mostly happy with them. I have had a few with inconsistent stamping/forming quality, especially in the smaller match style guides. They have always been usable though, just not always as pretty or uniform. Re: Pac Bay Ti frame Guides - anybbody here ever tried them?

Yes I have over 3 decades, zero, failures. Before G Loomis was bought by Shimano, they used a lot of Pac Bay products in their rods, not just guides, pretty much their go to company. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
