Does anybody have a good idea of how well these two blank would compare to each other as I am looking for a good all around pitching worm jig casting rod 3/4 to 1 oz baits but more for only 3/4 oz at the most.
Rainshadow REVC72H is a Heavy/fast action blank Rainshadow SWB70H is for saltwater and is a Mod-Fast Heavy power blank And how well would the E-glass play into this type of rod. Glenn McMurrian Re: Campare these two blanks

you will have a better hook up to land ratio with the Mod-fast blank
the absolute last thing I would use for pitching worms or any slack line technique is something with E-glass in it Re: Campare these two blanks

Hello Glen.
Take a look at the #'s, your casting 3/4-1oz. baits, think about it. SWB70H Gloss Black 7'0" 1 20-40lb. 1-4oz. 0.890 11.5 MOD-F H 11.0oz. All purpose SW boat rod REVC72H Satin Black 7'2" 1 12-25lb. 3/8-1 1/4oz. 0.550 7.0 F H 3.4oz. All purpose Bass/Jig and pig/Worm plastics/Carolina Rig Of these two I would go with the REVC72H. Tight Wraps & Tighter Lines. Bob, New Bern, NC. Re: Campare these two blanks

Ben
I would not use e-glass for any slack line technique regardless of line! Re: Campare these two blanks

One thing to consider is the actual weight of the finished rod.
The SWB is an excellent blank for many purposes, but it's weight alone is 11 ounces. The REVC72H is much lighter (3.1 ounces) and will be easier to handle for any length of time. We show both in stock.
