Hello Fred & Tom.

Fred I think you are thinking about the V jig with the spring loaded holder, I lost some of my magazines to Florence, and I think I might have lost one of the articles but there is one that shows the jig and gives a quick breakdown but no schematics, it was in
Vol-9 Issue-1 page-18 "Rod Building Clamps".
