Custom Blue Camo EVA Grip

Any ideas where I could by a Blue Camo EVA 6 inch rear and 5 inch front grip. I do not have a lathe.... I have spent hours searching the internet, pre made ones just don't seem to exist. would like the inside diameter to be 3/8.

improvise - eva is very easy to cut, shape and sand
a drill with 3/8" tube or threaded rod from local hardware store and improvised simple support on the other end and you're in business

I just checked
I have an 11" piece left over, it has an imperfection that might sand out depending on shape you want
and I have a spit grip set glued up with black trim bands
where are you?

I agree with Bert. A drill, sand paper, and some sort of mandrel such as a threaded rod, will work just fine. If the grip is a little loose on the mandrel just ad a layer or two of masking tape. I think you will be surprised how easy it is.

If you have a drill press you can be a bit more precise. As mentioned use threaded rod as a mandrel. Chuck it in the drill press. For support of the unchucked end of the rod you can get a roller bearing of the right size. Simply clamp the bearing into a drill press vice raise the table up til the rod is in the bearing.Easier than trying to hold a drill one handed and sand with the other. Also more speed control. I have shaped small sections of cork this way. Not as perfect as a lathe but more than good enough.

What Michael described amounts to a vertical lathe with out a carriage/steady rest. This set up will work very well it just takes a little extra effort and control to master.

I have used this setup before I got my lathe.

Thanks for the offer. I am located in PA. I purchased a new piece from mudhole yesterday. I am going to attempt the drill idea this weekend. seems easy enough, but If this fails i may be in contact hahaha.Thanks again everyone!
