Heat shrink for throwaway

Looking for a source for heat shrink to be used in heat shrink method of carbon fiber grip making. Will be cut off and thrown away so I don’t want to use the high dollar heat shrink made for rod grips. Will any heat shrink work or does it need to be treated to release from the carbon fiber sleeve?

It's in with the carbon sleeves if I remember right.

It needs to have the release agent on the inside or it's not easy to get off.
