I just want to give a shout out to one of the advertisers on this board. I recently submitted an order to Hitena for some metallic thread I plan on using for a special salt water rod. A short time after receiving a notification of my purchase, I received a refund from PayPal for one of the items. I assumed it must have been out of stock. Nope. I received an email from Hitena stating that they sent the item but wanted to refund the purchase price because although the item was perfect in all regards, the label had come off during storage. It's rare to find a company so concerned about their products and customer satisfaction...a real class act!
