Hello friends,
I am looking for blank suggestions for throwing 3/8 oz wiggle warts on a casting reel. I'm thinking this is probably on the light end of using a baitcaster, but I wanted to hear your opinions. I will be using it from a boat and trying to get the bait as deep as I can. Thanks in advance, Brian Re: Blank suggestions- 3/8 oz wiggle wart on baitcaster

Spencer’s right on point with his recommendation guys who like graphite can use the revcb70 or 76 MH. It’s surprising how hard those little baits pull. Re: Blank suggestions- 3/8 oz wiggle wart on baitcaster

Hello Brian -- To be able to get the Wiggle Wart as deep as you can, the further you cast, the deeper the Wart will dive to and stay down for a longer stretch. A 7'-6' CB905 or 8' CB965 MHX cranking rod will achieve that extra distance for you. Here is a link to the MHX Cranking Rod Blanks [www.mudhole.com] Thank You Bob McKamey Mud Hole Custom Tackle bobm@mudhole.com Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 01/27/2020 04:06PM by Bob McKamey. Point Blank 761MF. Lure range 1/4 to 3/4, The Point Blanks are great performing as baitcasters. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
