I know a lot of people have posted about NFC. I have to say I was very satisfied in my dealings with them. I ordered two blanks on Black Friday. While ordering I made a mistake and entered the order twice. I noticed this when two billings showed up on my credit card. I sent them an email explaining the predicament. I got a response within 24 hours and they cancelled one of the two orders. The refund showed on my credit card within three days. After the ordering snafu was resolved, the blanks were sent. I was expecting to receive them on Wednesday (less than 2 weeks after placing the order) and did receive them on Tuesday, a day early. Packaging was very robust and the blanks were in perfect condition upon arrival. Note, I live in central Pennsylvania. After all of the feedback on NFC, I felt it necessary to give them credit for a job well done.

I've ordered blanks from NFC on four separate occasions and each time the blanks were shipped within several days and arrived in less than 2 weeks. I've been very happy with their service.

Well looks like I am in the minority here. Received their black Friday sale email and thought what the heck will give them a try and ordered an IM blank (great price). Received the blank in 4 weeks.Thought wow after reading some of the posts here they are back on track, even sent Alex an email about the good customer service. Well guess I spoke to soon, opened the package and was sent a LMX blank instead of the IM blank. Emailed Alex back and have not received a reply. So lesson learned, will order CTS blank from Herb L. next time.

They are all LMX blanks, HM-LMX, IM-LMX, SM-LMX.

I ordered 5 rods at the end of November and I'm still waiting on rods today January 28. Was told they still have older orders to fill before me. Two months is pretty ridiculous
