That epoxy is not tinted.

Any one of the 2 Part Thread finishes will work.

To get that look is very easy, use a shade of thread that is slightly lighter than the base color of your blank. Regular Nylon (not NCP Thread) will work fine and do not use color preserver. Even with a natural carbon blank, you can get that look with colors like red, orange, ect. Solid color blanks won't look like that, but you can still get a look where the guide feet will be visible.

Best bet is to buy several shades of the thread color you want to use and do some test wraps on the blank where the grip is going to be installed. Then just remove the test wraps when you figure out which color is going to give you the look you are trying to achieve.

Look what I've found!

Cannot over emphasize Bill's recommendation to do test wraps. Just about the time you think you know what color thread to use for a specific translucent hue you'll be wrong.

While you're trying new techniques making test wraps try 000 silk or YLI sparkle silk.

And remember, if you wet the wrap with alcohol, it will mimic the look of finish having been applied.
Don't like it, just wipe off and remove thread.

If I remember right because I can't lay my hands on the info, the original thread color for the blue blanks was a custom color with 4 digits instead of the usual 3.
