Hi guy's

I finally received my product Tuesday and was very have to start assembling it. It looked pretty much like a straightforward job or atleast that's what I assume it should have been if Packbay didn't skip the quality control on my product. Luckily I'm a little bit handy but what about a new guy that isn't?

1. The holes in the bottom of the side frame doesn't correspond with the holes in the base where metal pins should go in. So I had to use the wall mounting brackets to get the base and side frame connected!

2. The screw holes that connects the side frame with the cross bars is either too big or the screws is too small. I hade to fill the holes with small piece if cardboard.

I could have sent it back but than I had to pay the return shipping charges back to Mudhole and than back to me again.

@ Packbay ! Please assemble your products before packing.

PS: I still love this product

I wouldn't involve Mudhole, they didn't build it. Pac Bay has always been responsive to my phone calls, and emails with problems.

If read correctly you'll notice I've never blame Mudhole, I merely stated the fact that I'll have to pay double shipping charges if I wants a replacement product. I also said I still love this product as I'm already considering to get another one.

I'm merely notifying them as they are a sponsors on this group and will probably see this message as I'm not planning to call such a huge company to be hold up on the line.

I know you didn't blame Mudhole, they just sent you a box sealed up by PacBay, but if they have a problem, however simple, they should be told so they can fix later dryers. They are not so big, that they don't have great customer service, never takes more than two days to get an email reply.

I have never understood why people have to use a social media to vent their issues or problems. The issue is between you, the mfg, and possibly the retailer, and most are more than proficient at adressing any issues and problems satisfactorly

"A huge company to be hold up on the line" .Not sure what that means, they have a huge building, fair size parking lot, several small offices and I can count the employees on ten fingers. Good people and very responsive.
