North Fork Composites Customer Service

I bought 3 blanks on September 12. To date, I have still not received them. I've tried calling customer service multiple times and no one ever picks up. It took me three follow up emails to get a response, which was along the lines of "we'll have it sent as soon as possible". This was three weeks ago. It feels like I'm being ghosted again. Anyone have similar experiences? I'm tempted to just cancel my order, but I'm not even sure how to request this when I can't get in touch with anyone there! Re: North Fork Composites Customer Service

This has been discussed more times than i care to admit but here's the bottom line.
If you order from NFC expect to wait a LONG LONG time, there are people STILL waiting after ordering in July and August and then you have some who have lucked out and only waited a few weeks but those are extremely rare . Re: North Fork Composites Customer Service

I feel your pain I’ve received two blanks that were the wrong specs totally the wrong rod Blanks, I sent them back and they were delivered and signed for but was never refunded , I’ve Tried contacting them but after months nothing, but boy do I get their sale ads.
