Shout out to hitena

Wow.. That was impessive in my opinion...

I dont have a chuck for my rod dryer anymore, (long story) so now when i have to cure thread epoxy my power wrapper is utalized, i just switch the belts to the dryer motor witch i installed a double pulley, and viola.. Just @#$%& since my work area is basically completly utilized when i need to spin a rod down..

I installed to threaded collars in front of my track system, allows me to use my v stands while the rod dries.. However this puts the rods at about 10" apart.. Well...

Had a rod i just finisbed epoxying.. And sure enough, while working on a trim band, my thread started to get really tight... It got stuck in the epoxy.. Of coarse it would find the 1" and where the thread is..

Now for the crazy part...
Everyone knows that an hour into any brand of thread epoxy, you hit it, it will most likely stay there, or atleast take quite awhile to level back out..

I was 3.5 hrs. Into the process.. And it leveled back oit in less then 5 min.. 5 MIN!!
And its not jist like it touched it and thats it.. No, it got stuck, wrapped atleast 8x around the blank, got sucked up into my roller stand.. Needless to say i could see threads....

Its back. To perfect..in my eyes any product that can level after being turned for 3.5 hrs. Deserves a little pat on the back.. So thank you hitena. Thank you for making such a good product..

I wanted to add, that after talking to a staff member one on one for a little, (through email) hitena really is a top notch company, finatually im not able to right now, but i am concidering using thier thread exclusivly.. I have never hd a delamination issue with any of thier metallics (and theres Lot, like... A whole lot) or breakage with any threads.. Including the AAAA silk, they truly due carry supurb products... The prices seem high, but the quality is higher then comparable products in the same price range, in my opinion the prices are justifiable. Period.

Ps. Shipping is incredibly fast too.. And for me, that means the world...

Just tried the sample of their wrap epoxy, and I don't believe I've seen a better leveling epoxy. Next order right away: epoxy, Pureline, fly tippets.
