Greetings to community!

Anyone heard or fished with telescopic rods?? They don't look too bad. I'm looking to get another one for myself, being a Sougayilang fan and planning to make it mine for a long time. If you had to pick which one would you choose?? heres a link to telescopic rods...

Any advice and experience would be very appreciated!

Thanks!

Experience is what you get when you didn't get what you want

Ive looked into whats known as a 'pen' rod.. Not those cheap 10$ toys you sse on anazon, but penfishingrods.com has a couple 'real' pen rods.. The goliath, or extreme caught my eye.. They're website is a crapshoot though..,

3, 4 and even 6 piece quality blanks have been around a long time, I see no advantage to a telescoping rod, unless the quality has gone up since I tried one last.

I was fishing many times with telescopic spinning fishing rods ,catching a lot of fish The bighest fish catch by me on jig was on red fish 40 inch,,23 poud(C&R ) at ROLLOVERVHS14 PASS BOLIVAR PENINSULA,TEXAS,using one telescopic rod of high moduluscarbon, wichwas a TRIANA SPECIAL COMPETITION GRANDSLAM VHS 140 rod made in ITALY by GABRIELE TUBERTINI.
The rod was 1,6.4 feet weighd only 6.7 ozs.I put some SIC match long legs guides and one reel set so i have one telescopic spinning reel.
I was fishing with FIRELINE SMOKE 4LB.,FLUOROCARBON LEADER 14 LB.and GULP MINNOW GRUB CHARTREAUSE 3 INCH.

After 25 minute fight the fish was in my big landig ne and after taking pictures was release.
