I have dug out a rod blank from storage-(assuming its a fly rod since a reel seat and grip is installed.)
I have been looking online for the past few days and have gotten no where.
The rod is a 7' 5 1/2" 2 piece blank. I am unable to post pictures and frankly not sure where to post them.
The blank itself is a spiral (or appears to be )wrapped fiberglass and is very dark brown. I believe it has a spigot ferrule which is not really snug- The reel seat is a brown/bronze color.
I am considering making a kokanee rod out of it.
Now if I can figure out he procedure on posting pictures or someone tell me how I will attempt.

I really just would like to know who made this blank for future generations of my family (4-Grandkids so not sure who will get it)

Without seeing pictures of the blank , specifically the ferrule, I'd guess it might be a J Kennedy Fisher or a Dale Clements blank, if it is Fiberglass.
