Identifying a ros blank

Good day all,
I found a glass blank (possibly s-glass) that my grandfather purchased in the early to mid 1990's. It is unsanded (has rings or ridges in it), high gloss black, 10ft 2 piece and was marked with 'SG1207'. The shipping tube said it came from clearwater products (and the address points to Clearwater Florida). He tied several up as bank/plunking rods for Chinook Salmon and they work great.
I would like to identify the blank but cannot find a damn thing online. With the given information any of you have an idea of what it might be?
Much thanks,
-Derick

Sounds like a St. Croix maybe. 10 ft. Long, 7 power.
