Broke the first guide on this rod. Website says Kigan Master Hand Zero Tangle guides with slim, strong aluminum-oxide rings and titanium frames for the ultimate protection from saltwater corrosion.Where can I get this other than factory ?

Reggie,
Why don't you call the factory for a replacement. They may very well ship it to you at no charge.

I think St Croix should send you the guide you need. If not try Hydra they do sell Kigan guides.

Just call St. Croix. They will take care of you and it is reasonable.

See you on the water, Doug

Unless St. Croix changed their policies they will tell you to send the rod in and they will replace the whole rod before they send you a guide even though sending a guide is so much easier.

At least that's how they handled warranty claims in the past. They said and outlined in their previous warranty materials that they're the only ones permitted to make a repair . Sending a guide is the obvious solution but lets see if they do.

He may have to pay a fixed fee for a complete rod replacement since it sounds like it happened by accident . JUST SEND THE GUIDE ST. CROIX , it's far more cost effective !!!
