Jim,
Is there a way you can get that document in English would be awesome. Re: Fuji Guides

Jacob, we don't translate Fuji documents in original form but we do interpret, distill and "Americanize" as much of their supplied info as possible. Placement charts they publish have plenty of good info but they also address types or fishing that are so foreign to US anglers that they have little use and often confuse more than clarify. They work with line diameters rather than lb. test for braid and many layouts show slip on guides and other products that are not generally available in the US. We attempt to find the "meat" and present it in an easy to use format...and unfortunately, still end up confusing some builders. From time to time, they have asked us to "do movie in English" after providing us with footage and I can tell you it is a huge job trying to understand the kernel of what they are trying to say. Earlier in this thread, someone added a link to one of their original Japanese movies on KR Concept. It happens to be one they asked me to translate and re-edit. Here it is.. [www.youtube.com]
There is no shortage of folks who publish their own method or interpretation of Fuji concepts. Some are good, some seem pretty far-fetched to those of us who have spent years studying the ideas. Cherry picking among them, in my experience, is the fastest path to confusion. And while I won't claim that Anglers Resource information is the "best" out there (some pretty smart rod builders around), I can tell you that what we publish is a collaboration between us and the folks who actually research, develop, test and produce the product. Jim, you are personally responsible for the popularity of the KR concept in the US. You have gone out of your way to show people how to group and set up the guides for a Fuji KR concept rods. With out you no one would understand the concept. A lot of people do not know you were personally responsible for setting the KR GPS and the NGC GPS. Thank you for all of your hard work.

Jim,
Totally understand that. I run Mitsubishi equipment and the translated OEM documents are a challenge at best. You have to take a lot of with with a grain of salt. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
