Lamiglas from time to time makes some very nice bass rods/blanks which nobody buys, or tries, I don't understand it because the fantastic XMG 50 series was well priced and we'll received by those that tried them, as soon as they were discontinued and on sale, only then did the bass forums light up, but than it was to late. The stuff they sell now is an IMX style graphite. Tackletour has tested some of their stuff over the years, look in the archives. Re: Lamiglas Blank question

I actually purchased a couple of their walleye series "The Closer" blanks for smallmouth fishing in my kayak. Shorter lengths are more ideal for me. CWB75MH 6'3" and damn is it a sweet blank. I used acarbonfiber grips and it is light and responsive Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
